MEMOLINK.COM

This website is a points per click/action/offer completed website. They claim you can earn points and cash them in for prizes, generally giftcards from different companies. They claim to send the prize out within 3 months of ordering. I earned points which I cashed in for two giftcards, one for a $10 KB Toys gift card and one for a $25 Chili's gift card. After 7 months and 8 inquiries, I still have not received my Chili's gift card. Beware of this company, they do not fulfill their contractual responsibilities! Why wasn't this step necessary for my KB Giftcard, and why am I just being asked to do it now, 7 months after the original request was made? Also, you still have not told me when I will receive the Chili's giftcard. I have been told that I would be receiving it "soon" for seven months, do you have a specific date or at least the week it will be sent out?

Why can't you give me a straight answer about why I haven't received the giftcard?

Why was it not sent with the KB card, and when will I receive it? I have already inquired about this last week but have not received a reply.
Reply 17-APR-03 MELANIE17@COX.NET Prize Fulfillment I put in a prize request on November 13, 2002 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRIZES. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but this is ridiculous. I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 3 months to receive my prizes, it has now been 5 MONTHS since the original order. I have received excuses after excuses, and promises that are never fulfilled. I would like an explanation as to why I have not received my prizes, when EXACTLY my prizes will be sent out, and what will be done to compensate me for waiting this long. I could have continued to save my points all this time and ordered a larger prize by now.

Reply 23-MAR-03 MELANIE17@COX.NET Other On November 13, 2002, I made a prize request. On February 12, I sent you an inquiry to find out why I haven't received my prizes. On February 19, I received an email from you saying my order had finally been filled and would be mailed within 4 weeks. We are now approaching 5 weeks from your last email, and I still have not received my prizes. Because of all of the mess-ups with my order, I was not able to use the prize for it's intended use, a Valentine's dinner. I would like to know when I will be receiving my prize and what measures you intend to take to compensate for the unreasonable amount of time I've had to wait.
